All new bikes that are purchase from The Bicycle Entrepreneur comes with 2 complimentary free services. Must be done within the first 6 months from the date of purchased. The first service should aim to be done within the first three months. Visit TBE store near you to schedule booking in order to receive free services. All free services must be book in and upon the day of the booking. You should bring your bike into the store in the morning to ensure the service gets carried out during the day. TBE staff will contact you once the service has been done.
If you believe your bike require some work or if you are not sure about the current condition of your bike please visit your local TBE store to have an appointment. Our staff or store mechanic will determine the services you need depending on what your bicycle require and to what degree it requires. Servicing your bike will either be fixed in store or at our dedicated service centre. Furthermore your bicycle will be fixed by a fully qualified repair mechanic. Bookings are necessary as our workshops can get very busy depending on the time of year. Plan ahead and make sure you bring your bike into us at your earliest convenience.

All major services and repairs are executed at our specialist service centre which is dedicated to repair your bicycle. All our bicycle technicians are trained mechanics, or undergo training with supervision from a nationally recognised training group. To ensures all repairs are completed to the highest level.
